Project Abstract
Investigating the mechanisms of the Tau protein and finding out a drug or possible candidates (small molecules) that will help develop novel therapies for some of the most intractable amyloid diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, by structure-based approaches that allow us to discover, and design disaggregates that reverse the amyloid fold to help treat and prevent neurodegenerative diseases in the geriatric population.
